One bedroom (queen bed) and one full bathroom with shower + tub combo. The detached garage and long driveway provide plenty of parking. There is a BBQ grill and a wonderful outdoor dining and lounge set on astroturf for some fun in the sun! This unit is part of a duplex; you may encounter the guest in the neighboring unit, but there are no shared spaces other than the backyard.
Guest access is completely contactless. You will be given a door code 3 days prior to check-in.
Check-in is virtual, as you`ll be provided with a digital Guest Portal and a personalized door code. Vacation Rentals by Aaron is a full-service property management company, and will be available 24-7 in case you need anything during your stay.

Overall, place is great, location is great. Comfy bed, good sheets, well stocked kitchen, clean grounds, nice outdoor space, solid price. Bathroom shower window, frame, and sill were disgusting. Significant mold. I get it, no exhaust fans in SD, but it's obviously being ignored. 2 knobs on the gas range were broken. Stove top was 'on' upon checkin and was a real pain to fully turn off. The front blinds desperately need to be replaced. Long term renters next door had their dog off leash the entire stay and must have different parking instructions. They blocked the driveway and acted put out when I asked them to move up the one day of Zoo traffic and no other parking option nearby. Did I complain: NO, not worth it. Would I stay here again: YES. Is the unit due for an owner walk thru: YES

We sincerely apologize about the bathroom shower window, frame, and sill condition. The mold issue is completely unacceptable and we're addressing this immediately with a thorough deep cleaning and ongoing maintenance plan to prevent future buildup. You're absolutely right that this has been neglected.
We also apologize about the broken gas range knobs and the stove being left on at check-in - that's a serious safety concern that we're fixing right away. The range knobs are being replaced, and we're implementing additional checkout procedures to ensure appliances are properly turned off.
We hear you on the front blinds needing replacement and will be taking care of that as well.
Regarding the long-term renters next door - we're very sorry about the off-leash dog situation and the parking issue, especially during Zoo traffic when street parking was limited. We'll be clarifying parking instructions with them to prevent this from happening to future guests.

I The kitchen was mostly clean and well maintained. It looks newly remodeled. The eating area/ counter wall was dirty. Old food dried on wall and mold around sink. The bathroom was the biggest disappointment. Really in poor condition. I believe the bathtub was clean, just stained. Window in bathroom was moldy, floor and baseboards dirty or stained. Parking was misleading. There is a drive and garage, but the drive is really tight and almost impossible to turn around in, so I would suggest backing up. If you have a large SUV, best of luck. The vine along the drive needs to be removed or trimmed. The host was a good communicator. We had an issue with one of the mini-splits and it was handled quickly. The blinds in the living room were broken; we coved windows with small blankets. We were in the smaller of the two units and had very little privacy. Two groups stayed in the adjoining unit during our stay. The first group did laundry during their entire stay. The second had four adults and two little children. They basically kept the gate closed for the safety of the children(understandable). But when the kids ran around the property, we were basically without any privacy, as the adults naturally ran after them. Our bath, bedroom and kitchen windows were in their running path. There is also significant noise between the units. We could hear all that was transpiring in the adjacent unit. Location was PREMO!!! Close to Baloa Park and all highways.
