Well maintained Magnolia Cottage is a perfect intown Aiken home with two bedrooms with nice closets, totally remodeled bathroom and kitchen, both with granite, brand new natural gas oven, stainless refrigerator and dishwasher. Oak hardwood floors everywhere except ceramic tile in bathroom and carpet in both bedrooms. Home has a long lasting metal roof
