Geo’s Casita was perfect for my family’s trip to the area. The location was close to amenities and the house was decorated so nicely. The host was responsive and made our stay effortless.

Overall a good duplex. We were happy to be able to bring our dog. Property was clean. Neighborhood was consistent with price. It did feel safe. Received two door codes and directions were for different keypad. Only after I complained about not being able to change thermostat did a welcome paper show up with instructions for house. Maybe something needs to be changed with VRBO. That paper wasnt in binder in the house either. Stairs very steep and creeky. Upstairs toilet awkward as it is too close to shower. Overall if you need a less expensive property that is clean and functional, this property is a good choice.

Easy to check in with no issues. House was immaculate and inviting. Surprised that coffee was supplied. Nice little extra! Bottled water in fridge too! Easy to adjust heat but really wasnt needed as it was very comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet and quaint. You can walk to places and park but everything is within 5 minute drive. We will surely be back! Thank you!

Very clean. Not for a large family, but worked well for 4. Would definitely stay here again.

Cozy and clean

We enjoyed our stay at this home. The house was very clean and smelled wonderful, the bed was very comfortable. We felt really cozy & would choose this home over a hotel room. The neighborhood was quiet and clean.

Overall, the stay was pretty good. The house was well kept and beautiful. I just wish the owner was a bit more responsive because the heat in the house was not consistent. It was 20 degrees outside and no matter what you changed the thermostat to, the top floor felt like a sauna and the bottom floor was freezing. When we were sleeping, we had to open the windows of the bedrooms to not get smothered by heat, and it was specifically unbearable in my case being on the top bunk, near the ceiling where the heat source is coming from.
