The friendly and helpful homeowners live across the street, so you will be certain of quick attention to any issue that may arise!
The formal dining room can be configured as a second bedroom, lounge/den, or workout area.
Great back yard, wonderful sunporch, large living room, dedicated office space off kitchen. Everything is new or in great condition.
The entire house is yours! There are a couple of storage units that are off-limits.
