Amazing stay in the hills

The layout is very efficient and the views of the bay are amazing from the place. The host is really helpful and responds very quickly. Overall it is a very serene place to stay and would definitely recommend it since the place was even better than the pics.

Peaceful visit

This is such a beautiful space. The view is expansive, with redwoods everywhere. The space is clean, with all the amenities you need. Karla was a kind and communicative host. Highly recommend!

Peaceful Garden Studio

This studio is a perfect spot for those who want to explore Berkeley and hike in the hills. The view is sublime as well as the cozy, immaculately clean studio. And big thanks to Karla who answered all my questions in a timely, helpful way!

Perfect hillside getaway

Karla’s studio is an ideal pied a terre. It’s an easy walk to campus, cafes, restos and shops. While close to amenities it also offers privacy and serenity as it’s tucked into the hillside, surrounded by trees and gardens. The studio was very clean and well appointed. Karla was a warm host, helpful and responsive to questions. I already dream of returning!

Great location in the Berkeley Hills

The place has been perfect for us. The kitchen is great with all the little things we need to prepare food plus the extras like storage containers, aluminum foil and even parchment paper and composting. The bed is very comfortable. We enjoyed having dinner on the deck with a view of the bay. The cover for the outdoor furniture keeps it fresh and clean. We appreciate having a spot to park in the driveway. The location is ideal and it has been easy to get to the various places we have been going in Berkeley and Albany as well as walks through the roads and paths in the hills. We look forward to staying here again.
