Come relax in our Blue Tiny House, a perfect retreat for those looking to experience the simplicity and beauty of tiny living. This cozy cabin is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, including:

-full bathroom with a shower
-cozy sleeping loft with a queen-sized bed
-lower level features a small sofa that a small child could sleep on

-Hot Spring Pools & Hot Tubs: Relax in two hot spring-fed swimming pools and two outdoor hot tubs
-Sports Courts & Cornhole: Stay active with our multi-use sports courts featuring basketball hoops, tennis, pickleball, and volleyball nets. For a laid-back activity, enjoy a friendly game of cornhole with family or friends.
-Chalk Cliffs: Explore the historic Chalk Cliffs, known for their unique chalky texture and breathtaking views. Trail access is available on the property.

Conveniently located in Nathrop, CO, between Buena Vista (20 minutes away) and Salida (30 minutes away), our Blue Tiny House is the perfect base for exploring the natural beauty of the area. Enjoy nearby outdoor activities like hiking, mountain biking, whitewater rafting, and skiing. Explore the nearby trails of Mount Princeton, one of Colorado’s iconic 14ers, just minutes from your doorstep.

Winter Access:
During late fall, winter, and early spring, a 4-wheel or all-wheel drive vehicle is required to access the tiny house in the event of snow.
Accessibility:
Please note that stairs are required to access the tiny house.
Pools:
Our pools and hot tubs are open year-round and may operate on a rotating schedule, with one pool occasionally closed for maintenance. The pools and hot tubs are shared with other guests on the property. Like other hot springs in the area, we treat our geothermal-fed pools to maintain cleanliness and ensure a safe, enjoyable experience for all guests. Pools and hot tubs may be covered to preserve the temperature. Guests will be responsible for uncovering and recovering the pool.
Check-In:
Upon arrival, please follow the signs directing you to the office. Our office hours vary depending on the season and occupancy. If the office is unstaffed when you arrive, a check-in packet with all the information you’ll need will be waiting for you on a magnetic board.
Pets: Pets are not permitted in the Blue Tiny House. We do have other dog-friendly cabins on property. Check out our other listings for pet-friendly accommodations.

Guests have access to all ranch amenities, including the geothermal-fed pools and hot springs, multi-use sports court, cornhole, communal fire pit, and hiking trails.
Please note: Some amenities, like cornhole and sports equipment, are not available in the offseason due to snow and inclement weather.
