Thank you for this wonderful review, Loretta! It's fantastic to hear how well our property accommodated your multi-generational family gathering. I love that everyone found their own space to enjoy - from the pool to the game room to the media theater. You're right about the outdoor trash capacity, and we'll look into providing additional bins for large groups staying a full week. Thanks for bringing this to our attention. Thank you for taking the time to share such detailed feedback, especially during such a special family vacation. We're glad the home provided plenty of space for your group and that your family enjoyed the decks, gathering areas, theater, game room, and well equipped kitchen. We are very sorry to hear about the fall from the bunk bed and are thankful your four year old was not seriously injured. We appreciate you bringing the spacing of the bunk bed rails to our attention so this safety concern can be reviewed. We also sincerely apologize for the issues with the pool heater and hot tub. We completely understand how disappointing it was to specifically choose the property for these amenities and then be unable to enjoy the pool during your stay and the hot tub for the final two nights. We appreciate your feedback and will make sure these concerns are shared with the appropriate teams for further review and follow-up.
