Jon was EXTREMELY communicative. He took care of a very small issue IMMEDIATELY, apologized and sent ‘treats’ as an apology. This house was absolutely a great house for our family. Christmas was a HUGE SUCCESS because of the location, quiet residential area and size of this house. If we’re ever back in Greenville and this house is available, we’d HIGHLY consider it.

This property worked well for a multi-family visit. It was clean and had room for all to spread out. Wifi and TV service was good. Kitchen was good. Gameroom was nice feature. Quiet neighborhood, adequate parking. Overall a good experience. Would stay there again with a large family.

Everything was great. They were low on stock on a few things, and could have done a better job on the cleaning but other than everything was great. Super cool downstairs gathering area. GREAT AC! Kids loved the pool table and arcade game!

Greenville Family Wedding

We stayed at the property for 5 days, We needed a big house for 12 people to stay and it worked out perfectly. Jon was a great host and quick to respond to any questions. The location was perfect for easy access to downtown Greenville. Nice quiet neighborhood was awesome for us.

Everything was great however there was a not so great smell ( maybe dogs) when we first arrived and their cleaning staff missed the downstairs shower and refrigerator- they also left the master toilet running as handle was broken- The space itself was perfect for what we needed

I was concerned at first because this was the first time I booked a VRBO property that did not have previous reviews, but the pictures on the website accurately reflected what we found when we arrived. We needed all six bedrooms since there were six older couples. The kitchen worked well as did the grill. The owner replied to all of my questions within 15 minutes. Shortly after arriving around 6:00 p. m. on Friday, we discovered the main hall bathroom toilet did not flush properly. He was able to arrange for a plumber who arrived within 3 hours. The neighbors were very friendly and invited us to participate in the Halloween block party they held on Saturday.
