Located on 7 acres with entertaining space for families large and small. 5BR's, 3.5 baths, 6 porches/patios overlooking first and second story views. Saltwater pool, hot tub, and fire pit area. Relax in the peace and charm of a country estate, while being only 25 min. from Downtown G-Ville and 10 min. from the town of Simpsonville! Join us for a weekend away, weddings, reunions & family gatherings! The Wright Place can sleep 10 people in beds. Couches may be used for additional guests, as well as air mattresses. Guests can take full advantage of the second floor barber shop/salon for personal use or upon request full hair services can be arranged during your stay. In home hair services must be arranged before hand. For example: bachelor/bachelorette parties as well as wedding day services. First Floor- Full Kitchen, walk-in pantry, laundry room, dinning room, main living room, master bedroom (king) with full bath, guest bedroom #2 (Queen), half bath, two side porches and a rear and front porch. Second Floor- Upstairs living room, barber/salon area, guest room #3 (King) (full bath), Guest Rooms #4/5 (Two Queens) (Jack and Jill bath), balcony shared by guest rooms 3&4! ALL DETAILS REGARDING GATHERINGS AND EVENTS MUST BE APPROVED BY HOST IN AN INQUIRY PRIOR TO BOOKING! GATHERINGS AND EVENTS NOT APPROVED BY THE HOST WILL RESULT IN THE TERMINATION OF YOUR RESERVATION. Events will have an additional fee of $1,000-$2,000 added before check in. Not Negotiable.
