You will live in a central and quiet located 1-room apartment (max. 2 persons) with a clear view to the fantastic mountain range of Davos. The flat with lift and garage is located on the 6th floor of an apartment house in Davos-Platz. We have completely decorated the flat with charme and care and furnished it in high quality. From the landing you will reach the bathroom with toilet, a small kitchen and a light-flooded big living-eating-sleeping room with approx. 33 m² and have access to the sunny south-west-balcony (about 5 m²). Two quality fold-away beds (folded out = double bed) as well as 2 single beds in an alcove invite you two your good night sleep. Enjoy from the balcony the sunset of the red shining Graubündner Alps. In a 5 minute walk you will be in the centre of Davos-Platz at the bus stop (busses go to all ski- and hiking areas). There you will also find supermarkets, retailers, newspapers etc. You can reach the train station or one of the railways within 12 minute walk.

Healthy climate for asthmatics/allergic people: The Davos high mountain climate is for a lot of chronic-ill people a necessary and sometimes last chance, to come over stored disease circulations. There are no house dust mites, air pollution is extremely low and the pollen flying time is very brief. The therapeutic effect especially of the Davos high mountain climate has been approved by medical studies, recently. Especially asthmatics, allergic people and people who suffer skin diseases can reduce their symptoms in the allergy-free and house dust-free climate of Davos.

Hiking information: Davos and its landscape is made accessible with 700 km marked, well conserved hiking trails and mountain paths. These guide you through streams, via alp greens, through undiscovered hamlets, to the mountain tops of the region or in the side valleys Sertig, Dischma and Flüela. The Davos' mountain railways lead to the best viewpoint of the Davos hiking area.

Biking information: To cycle in Davos means magnificent trips and changing landscapes. The area around Davos is a paradise for families, hobby cyclists and real cracks. There are guided bike routes from 0 up to 1000 m.

Little sanctuary in the mountains

My friend and I stayed here for a week and LOVED this place. Perfectly set up, quiet, peaceful, cozy, and convenient. We cannot wait to come back!!! Has everything you need from cookware, to towels, to an old-school espresso maker (moka pot). We love it!

Christmas in Davos

I had a lovely time staying in the apartment over Christmas and it was just as I expected from the listing. If anything, I was surprised by how spacious the area was! The checkin process was a little tricky - it was challenging to coordinate an early check-in with the manager and I had a hard time finding the building from google maps, but once I did everything was smooth from there.

Alone in May

Nothing was missing from this apartment. It had the most completely outfitted kitchen I've ever encountered. (For some renters, it might be important to note that there is no toaster and no microwave.) The town of Davos was absolutely deserted during most of the month of May. In fact, we were the only residents in the building on most days. 90% of the town's shops, hotels and restaurants were closed. It's a great time to be alone. The Davos-Klosters card is included in the rental price. New towels were provided weekly. Housecleaning every other week. There is one washing machine in the basement. I don't know what that will be like when the building is fully occupied. The apartment has a great view and we'd be willing to return.

Pleasant apartment in Davos

This well equiped comfortable quiet well managed apartment has a beautiful view the mountains and is situated in a convenience location of the Davos Platz area, a short walk to the coop, migros supermarkets, train station and the bus stops. Schönes, geschmackvolles Appartment zum wohlfühlen

Für unsere 14-tägigen Skiferien zu zweit war dieses Appartment genau das Richtige. Es ist ruhig gelegen, mit Skiern und Skischuhen noch gut vom Skibus zu erlaufen und hat eine tolle Aussicht. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, sodass wir viel gekocht haben, bis auf 2 mal Käsefondueessen auf der Schatzalp, mit romantischer Wanderung dorthin. Der Service mit dem Hausmeister ist sehr angenehm, wie auch die Möglichkeit zur Sauna, die uns gefallen hat. Lieber hätten wir ein Doppelbett gehabt, statt der 2 Einzelbetten im Schlafbereich. Das Doppelbett als Schrankbett im Wohnbereich hätte aber zur Verfügung gestanden. Jederzeit empfehlen wir dieses Appartment unseren Freunden, was auch schon geschehen ist. Cordula

Im Schlafbereich ein Doppelbett reinzubauen, hatten wir auch mal ins Auge gefasst. Allerdings haben wir Abstand genommen, weil es immer wieder Gäste gibt, die explizit zwei Einzelbetten wünschen. Schöne und gepflegte Ferienwohnung in Davos Platz

Wir hatten ein herrliche Woche in Davos Platz. Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich, sauber und gepflegt. Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr zentral, dass man sozusagen alles zu Fuss erreichen kann. kleine Ferienwohnung zum Wohlfühlen

Die Ferienwohnung liegt zentral in Davos und trotzdem ist es dort sehr ruhig. Alle wichtigen Punkte ( Bahnhof, Bus, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten) sind zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Die Ferienwohnung wurde von uns übers Internet gebucht und es war alles so wie beschrieben. Die Wohnungseinrichtung war zweckmäßig und ausreichend. Das Haus wird durch einen Hausmeister betreut, welcher jederzeit erreichbar war. Er hat unsere Fragen freundlich und umfassend beantwortet und uns einige Ausflugstips gegeben. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in Davos und haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir werden bestimmt wieder kommen.

Die Wohnung und Landschaft hält was sie verspricht

Die Wohnung ist genauso wie beschrieben und wie auf den Bildern zu sehen ist. Sauber und ordentlich. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Sehr gemütlich. Wir bedanken uns auch für den netten Kontakt mit dem Hausverwalter vor Ort sowie den Vermietern. Die Landschaft und auch die Wohnung versprechen nicht zu viel. Skiurlaub 2013

Der Aufenthalt in Ihrer hellen und schön eingerichteten Wohnung war sehr angenehm. Es hat an nichts gemangelt. Der Blick vom Balkon auf die umliegenden Berge war grandios. Perfection

This perfectly appointed apartment not only met, but exceeded my expectations. The location is very quiet and peaceful, but a quick walk to the main street. The view was breathtaking. The furnishings are very tasteful and comfortable. The kitchen was extremely well equipped. The building is very well maintained and the on-site manager extremely pleasant and accommodating. The owners were very responsive and pleasant to work with during the booking process. Since my family is from Davos, I have been there often and stayed many places. This was by far the best. I can very highly recommend this lovely studio apartment and am already thinking of when I might return again.

Klein aber fein!

- Eine praktische Kleinwohnung mit Sicht in die Berge. - Gute zentrale Lage und trotzdem ruhig gelegen. - Nette, zuverlässige Vermieter und ein hilfsbereiter Hauswart vor Ort. - Davos bietet Vieles, auch wenn das Wetter schlecht sein sollte. - Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, herzlichen Dank!

doll, doller davos, also eins vorweg, der urlaub war phantastisch, beim wetter angefangen bis hin zu dieser grandiosen aussicht von diesem balkon, den ich am liebsten nie verlassen hätte. die wohnung selbst war exakt genauso, wie man es auf den bidern sieht, absolut traumhaft, genau wie die kontaktaufnahme mit der fam. paradeis, als auch die nachfolgenden e-mails. freue mich schon jetzt auf die wohnung in nizza, sowie den damit verbundenen schriftverkehr. vielge grüsse sylvia+rolf

Die Wohnung hält, was sie verspricht!

Die Wohnung ist super ausgestattet, gemütlich eingerichtet und für zwei Personen ist ausreichend Platz. Das Auto konnte stehen gelassen werden. Zur Jakobshornbahn sowie zur Parsennbahn ist es für uns Skifahrer nicht weit gewesen. Und zum Einkaufen geht es wunderbar zu Fuß. Wir hatten eine herrliche Woche in dieser Wohnung und werden uns melden, wenn uns die Davoser Berge erneut zum Skifahren rufen sollten!

Unser Wanderurlaub im August in Davos war super!

Die Anfahrt war, dank guter Beschreibung, ganz einfach. Der Empfang und die Einweisung durch den Verwalter war sehr gut. Der Einzug war durch Transportwagen und Aufzug problemlos. Die Ferienwohnung in luftiger Höhe war sauber und sehr gut eingerichtet. Sie kann Verwandten und Freunden jederzeit empfohlen werden. Auf das eigene Auto kann verzichtet werden, denn dank Chip-Card ist "All inclusiv": Bus, Zug und Begbahnen. Auch ein Tag im Schwimmbad "Eau là-là" ist wärmstens zu empfehlen.
