About this property

Beautiful and pleasant Site of Guedes with 3000m2, furnished, parking, secure

Site located at the foot of the Teresópolis mountain range, surrounded by mountains of the Atlantic Forest, tremendous visual. Ideal for rest and leisure of families, groups, events, churches, social gatherings. As far as your date, reunion, birthday party (can't be a ballad, we're not a party house). Fully furnished villa, large green space of 3000 m2 with pool, waterfall river, pond, swing. Come meet us without obligation, asphalt to the door, you will love. We have a large balcony where we spread lazy hammocks. Kitchen equipped with the necessary utensils (6 burner industrial stove and LPG gas oven provided, biplex refrigerators, microwave oven, 20 liter water dispenser, pots, plates, cutlery etc). 222 liter freezer. We have 4 bedrooms (1 en suite), 5 bathrooms (all with electric shower), beds for 22 people (4 double beds), mattresses / mattresses for 10. Bringing mats / sleeping bags and even camping tent (we have space). We received up to 50 people for the night. Property all walled and secure, we offer indoor parking for 10 cars, barbecue (with grills, skewers and barbecue kit), ping-pong, geek, freshnessball, grassy field for football or volleyball, sips for kids soccer, Sound, Vivo TV, Satellite TV and DVD. We have night spotlights for your event to be even more beautiful at night with fully lit lawn and pool.

Sítio aprazível

Fomos muito bem recebidos pelo Sr. Jediel. A casa é simples mas aconchegante. Possui 3 quartos e um banheiro no pavimento principal. É toda rodeada por uma aconchegante varanda. O terreno é maravilhoso! Bem cuidado, com muito verde pra todo lado! Passamos um dia magnífico em família. Não tivemos qualquer tipo de problema. Obrigado aos proprietários!

Sítio perfeito!

Tive o prazer de realizar um retiro com minha igreja no sítio dos Guedes, um lugar realmente especial, a casa organizada, piscina linda, sala de jogos pra alegria da criançada, o campo de futebol fez a alegria dos homens, o Laguinho, o rio maravilhoso, a propriedade tem muito verde, sem falar na localização, com tudo pertinho, para qualquer emergência. Primeiro o atendimento é de primeira os donos desde o primeiro contato me trataram com muita atenção, sempre dispostos a tirar todas as minhas dúvidas! Ao chegar no sítio fui recebida por um dos donos, com muito carinho, ele com muito cuidado, me explicou cada detalhe sobre tudo no sitio! A casa toda mobiliada, limpinha muito organizada, a cozinha toda equipada, fez com que nós sentíssemos no conforto na nossa casa. Nosso retiro foi uma benção, mais o local do evento fez toda a diferença, esse sitio nós fez sentir mais próximo de Deus por ter tanta natureza na paisagem! É ótimo, para ir com a igreja como nós, com os amigos, e família! Agradeço aos donos por todo carinho e cuidado para que nós sentíssemos tão bem e confortáveis! Voltamos com vontade de já voltar rsrsr!

Melhor custo-benefício da região

Maravilhoso sítio. Estive com amigos e familiares em dois dias de muita diversão e descanso. Um lugar pra quem gosta de natureza, frutas, pássaros e claro de uma boa piscina. O campo de futebol society tem um gramado bem tratado. No check-in fui recebido pelo proprietário, que por sinal é gente de primeira qualidade. Me mostrou cada detalhe do imóvel, que é muito bem equipado para receber famílias e até eventos. Já estive algumas vezes em Guapimirim, por isso posso dizer que o Sítio dos Guedes possui o melhor custo-benefício da região. Recomendo.
