Welcome to Tees 'N Skis, a great escape to Deep Creek Lake. This spacious and well-appointed home offers 4 comfortable bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, making it an ideal retreat for families and friends. The main floor features a cozy living room with a fireplace, perfect for relaxing after a day on the slopes or the golf course. The fully equipped kitchen and adjacent dining room with a large table provide ample space for preparing and enjoying meals together. One of the four bedrooms is conveniently located on this level, offering easy access and comfort. The second floor boasts three additional spacious bedrooms, ensuring plenty of room for everyone; as well as an entertainment area with a pool table, perfect for some friendly competition and fun. Unwind in the hot tub after exploring nearby Deep Creek Lake State Park, or fire up the outdoor grill for a barbecue under the stars. With local restaurants and a movie theater just a short distance away, Tees 'N Skis offers the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and entertainment for your next vacation. This home is not pet-friendly (undisclosed pet fee will be charged at 3x advertised pet fee). Max. parking spaces: 4

IMPORTANT TO KNOW: Minimum Age to Rent is 25 years old. Check-In is between 4 pm – 9 pm. Check-Out is by 10 am. Smoking/Vaping, Parties, Exceeding Max Occupancy or Pet Limit are not allowed.

WHAT TO BRING: Supplies are not provided; plan to bring all paper products, food/spices, coffee filters, trash bags, detergents, soaps, toiletries, household items, supplies and extra towels, if necessary. (Bed Sheets, Bath Towels, and Dishes are provided for max occupancy.)

WINTER RESERVATIONS: A 4WD vehicle is required to access rentals between November through April. Private driveways will not be snow-plowed unless and until there is 5 inches of snow.

RESERVATION PROCESS: (1) At time of booking- Electronically Sign the Rental Agreement to trigger your door codes and Pre-Arrival Information to be automatically sent. Door Codes will NOT be released without an e-signed agreement. (2) One day prior to arrival- You will receive Pre-Arrival Information that contains your door lock code, address and other important info.
