Unit provides excellent privacy, while at the same time giving 180 degree views and a birds-eye view over the 2nd, 3rd and 4th Fairway. Over looking the fairway, the complex offers a BBQ / picnic area and is perfectly located on a cul-de-sac directly across the street from the Golf Clubhouse/restaurant, swimming pool, and tennis courts.

Week in Waikola Village

We rented a unit and right on the golf course with parking close by. It was a very clean and updated. It was well supplied with everything you needed for a stress free stay. They provided welcome gifts of 100% Kona coffee and Chocolate Macadamia Nuts. If you are going to the Big Island of Hawaii we would recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay in Waikola Village.

キッチンには調理器具や香辛料含め一通りのものが揃っており、地元スーパーも近く不自由のない滞在ができました。また車で15分程走れば各リゾートですので、そちらで食事や買い物も楽しめます。またコーヒーやFirst aid kit(簡易な救急箱)の用意など、細部に至るまでオーナーの細かい心遣いが感じられる施設だったと思います。

清潔な室内、食器やカトラリーなど細々としたものも揃っています。本格的な調味料や、ランドリー用の洗剤類も完備されていました。 ゴルフ場に面しており、ゴルフ好きにはこの上ないロケーションです。 コンドミニアムからゴルフ倶楽部までは歩いて2〜3分の所にあり、プレーできる会員カードも2枚用意されてたので予約なしでゴルフ場に行きプレーできるか聞いたらすぐにラウンド出来ました。しかもお安く。 うっかり室内に忘れ物をしてしまいましたが、オーナーから直ちに連絡をいただき、ハワイの次の滞在先に送ってもらいました。最後まで温かい気遣いをいただき、素晴らしい滞在になりました。お勧めします。 オーナー様、ありがとうございました。

Why they chose this property

We chose this location because this unit is peaceful and relaxing. This unit is very private due to being the corner unit of the complex. The sunsets and views are spectacular. Located in a cul de sac, there is no traffic and the amenities are right across the street.

What makes this property unique

This condo is located right on the golf course and offers a 180 degree view of South Kohala. Beautiful sunsets every day and because we are the corner unit of the entire complex it is a lot more private. Pool, tennis courts, golf course and restaurant is directly across the street. Beaches are a 10 minute drive right down the road. Quiet and relaxing, home away from home.
