Our condo is a piece of paradise. Private and comfortable ground floor unit with no stairs. Completely remodeled and offers high speed WiFi and a 50" Sony Smart TV for entertainment. Everything you need from the beach chairs and boggy boards to a wet bar on the lanai to relax and have cocktails. Staying at this unit includes access to the Waikoloa Village Pool and Tennis Courts (free) discounts for the golf on the Robert Trent Jones, Jr designed course in the back yard. There are great pros to assist with private or group sessions if you desire. Next to the Clubhouse is Banj's restaurant and bar for cocktails and casual dining. There are many other beautiful golf courses nearby also.

Waikoloa Villas have two lovely pools, each with jacuzzis, BBQs and covered eating areas.

At the Village Market Center, there is a full service grocery story and pharmacy along with some great local restaurants like Lava Java, Pueo's, Thai and Mexican cuisine.

Short drive down the hill takes you to the Queens and Kings Shop which have great restaurants and shopping. Roy's, Sansei Japanese, Macaroni Grill and a food court with some local favorites. The shops also have free entertainment throughout the month, check listings.

Great beaches within 20 minute drive include A-Bay (Anaehoomalu Bay), Hapuna, Spenser Beach, Mauna Lani and Mauna Kea's beaches. Take the chairs and boggy boards.

Up the hill to Kamuela-Waimea town, on Wednesday's and Saturday there are great Farmers Markets with vegetables, crafts and delicious foods. Also two larger grocery stores- KTA and Foodland.

Hiking is found all over the islands with valleys, waterfalls and secluded green sand beaches are calling you. Volcano National Park, The City of Refuge and the other Federal Historic Sites and Hawaii State Sites are all worth a visit.

The whole island is a scenic drive on the beltway roads. The changes in climates on the island is fantastic. It has 13 out of the 16 climates found on earth here.

Quiet Hawaiian get away

Off the beaten path but close to great shopping and beautiful sites! Very quiet neighborhood with cool breezes and many bird sounds and sitings. Lovely pool steps from the back patio complete with lounge chairs, picnic tables under a lanai and a full outdoor kitchen. Very reasonably priced too!

Very Pleasant Stay!

This property was perfect for our stay on the Big Island! Even though my husband and I do not golf, we found this Waikoloa Village setting very pleasant and inviting. Max’s updated one bedroom condo has a beautiful setting with a tranquil view of the golf course and lush grounds. Its location is a great spot for exploring beaches, hikes, and historical sites anywhere on the island. This property is well-equipped with kitchen, bath, beach and patio items. We would definitely rent this gem again!

We stayed at Max’s unit for vacation. The location is very convenient, easy to reach all corners of Big Island. The village is safe, relaxing, with excellent amenities for everyone. The unit is very clean, well equipped, and tastefully furnished. Max is very easy to communicate, and a very good host. I will highly recommend Max’s unit .

Waikoloa Village One Bedroom Condo

Great views over pool and golf course. Enjoyed sitting on patio. No A.C. but comfortable if keep opened up for cross ventilation. Liked community pool (close to condo) over pool available through Country Club. Pool / hot tub were well maintained. Bed was comfortable. Everything we needed in condo. Complex exterior a bit dated, but not unattractive. Interior has some updates. With that said, I would replace the bar stools (not sturdy enough for our tastes) and overall ambience of interior could be freshened up. With that said, the rental was a good value and we enjoyed our stay.

Our Little, Big Island Getaway

What an exceptional little property. We certainly enjoyed our Kona Condo and its quiet community. There’s a KTA grocery store and a few restaurants around 2 minutes away. Beaches are easily accessible with a very short drive. The home was clean and stocked with everything we needed. It was a stones throw away from a pool and hot tub. The owner was very responsive, helpful and thorough with his instructions and communication. Outside of it being a little toastier than we preferred inside at night, we truly enjoyed everything about our stay. Would book again in a heartbeat.

Awesome Stay in the Beautiful WaikoloaVillage

We have stayed at the same complex (we like this complex the best in Waikoloa Village) several times in the past. This was one of the better ones. The refrigerator has ice maker and water dispenser, which was a big plus. The bed was ok but pillows weren't (bit hard and flat). Incredible selection of beach items. Well stocked kitchen. Quiet for the most part except occasional loud roosters. Their fans created white noises and didn't wake us up at night. Overall, very happy with the condo.

Wonderful Location !!!

Upon arrival it was easy check in per instructions from Max. The location is on the ground floor with a view of the golf course. Just steps away from the pool. Be sure to use your key for entrance/exit of the pool. Water is perfect. There are also a area at the pool to BBQ. The condo is perfectly stocked with condiments, sauces, spices more than you can imagine. The closet outside on the patio is well stocked with beach chairs. coolers, umbrellas, boogey boards. We have everything we needed for day adventures. Thanks so much!!!!! The condo was clean with the exception of the floor, it wasnt sticky but it was a bit dirty we had dirt sticking to the bottom of our feet when barefoot. Would come again and rent the same place.

Private and beautiful condo

This is a great place for a getaway for two. It’s an end unit, so very private, but still just a few steps from the pool and hot tub which were so refreshing and relaxing. The condo is very clean and clean. The queen bed is very soft and there is a ceiling fan in the bedroom and living space. We appreciated the use of the beach gear and the well stocked kitchen. We enjoyed the beautiful golf course view each morning and waking up to the turkeys outside. We’d definitely stay here again.

Birding, Geology and Culture

Our lodging was the oasis at the end of full days of touring the island. The condo setting provided a habitat for several species of birds. We were awakened by bird song every morning. All in all we had a restful vacation.

Waikoloa Village, Kona

Our stay was fantastic.The condo unit was incredibly clean and fully stocked beyond our expectations.The appliances were modern and easy to use; dishwasher, stove, microwave, smart refrigerator and washer/dryer. There was also all the pool and ocean equipment you needed; beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach towels, snorkeling equip., floaties, boogie boards, etc.We had such a great time, the place was comfortable and cozy. Nice, friendly neighbors. Pool, hot tub and grilling station. We sat right on a 14 hole golf course. There was a fabulous grocery store a couple blocks away and restaurants and shops (ice cream, pizza and coffee) right across the highway. We would rate it an 8 or 9 on a scale of 10. We'd definately go back.

Paradise on a golf course

Very dark when we arrived and unit building letters not lit up. No info on location of key box to enter unit. A condo complex map and location of unit was not provided. A bit of anxiety upon arrival at night.Parking pass missing from home book. It was 4 days before we got to the office to get one during the holiday closures.Unit was nice and very comfortable. Location very near the pool area. Lighting is poor in the bedroom.

Nice place to call home

Loved the place and all the amenities. Especially loved having breakfast with the turkeys who came by most mornings. Lovely place. Only problem we had is my wife slipped in the shower and twisted her knee, so I’d suggest a bath mat for the shower as it was slippery for me to. Great location and easy driving to every thing on the island. Hope to be back soon

I had a lovely time in your condo. The only thing I had trouble with was the entry door. Maybe you should call your cleaning person because I am not sure I got it locked correctly when I left 😫but I certainly would recommend your condo to anyone.
