The home was absolutely adorable, clean and inviting. Having the activity area away from the bedrooms was also nice for those that chose to go to bed early.

Everything was great! This property was especially nice for dogs with a doggie door that leads out to the back from the utility room. The owner was also very accommodating. The Check in and Check Out process was also very easy and seamless.

Such a great stay!!!

The house was so clean and well stocked with dishes and seasonings in the kitchen. The hot tub was so relaxing and the large backyard was just perfect for our small dogs. We hope to book this home for our next trip to Fredericksburg.
We loved playing cornhole in the backyard.
Our little dog loved having the space to run in the backyard!

This place was absolutely beautiful! Our dogs loved the big yard to run in. The rooms were spacious and the beds were so comfy. We were close to main st too, which made it even more convenient. Speaking with Joe was great as well! He was always fast on responses and accommodating. Thank you for everythong! We will definitely be back.

This house was absolutely perfect! We stayed with 2 adults, 1 infant, and 2 dogs. The space was a great size for our family. The dogs loved the backyard, plenary of room for them to run.The house was so clean and organized. The distance from town was great, we were away from the busy but easily able to drive or Uber when needed. We can’t wait to stay again!

Great place not far from main

Extremely happy with this property. We brought my husbands service dog and although we have been to pet friendly places before, this one was a dream for our little guy. Big back yard and even a doggie dog. We also enjoyed the cuteness of the whole place and enjoyed to dips in the hot tub. Just a short drive to Main Street. Owner was very easy to contact if needed.

Fantastic!

We had a lovely stay at this property. It is located on the quiet end of the town. My teens enjoyed the hot tub and foosball in particular. The kitchen is stocked with all essentials including ground coffee and coffee filters as well as salt and pepper and oil.

Friendly neighborhood

This rental home has many positive amenities. The rooms are well furnished and spacious. We traveled with an older lady so the easy access was appreciated. The hottub was a big plus.

Perfect Location

Stayed the weekend with our older kids and grandson. 6 adults, 1 baby & 2 dogs. The backyard was perfect for our family including our furbabies. Home is perfect location to downtown Fredericksburg. Highly recommend!

Great host

We had a wonderful stay in Fredericksburg this past weekend! The 3-bedroom home was perfect for our group—clean, comfortable, and well-stocked with everything we needed. The host was quick to respond to any and all questions. He also gave me information about the area that was helpful. The highlight was definitely the hot tub, which was spotless and a huge hit with the kids. Great location and a relaxing atmosphere. Would definitely stay here again!

Clean and responsive

This is one of the cleanest properties we have visited. It is within easy access of all Fredericksburg tourist sites and restaurants. The owners answered questions through the app quickly and helpfully. We had to leave abruptly because of a family emergency, and owners were understanding of the issues with our middle-of-the night exit.

What a gem!!!

Everything you need and nothing you don’t! Perfect for an stress-free getaway that looks just like the pictures!!! Nice back yard for the dogs and a relaxing hot tub! The master bed was very comfortable and all the furniture looked brand new!!! The host even had a cute Christmas tree up!!! Great place!

Excellent experience

I stayed on this property for four days and three nights with my mother and two teenage girls. The property was very easy to find and was very close to Main Street and the other fun events we decided to partake in the parking was beautiful spacious immaculate. The property owner was extremely attentive and helpful. We enjoyed the hot tub. There was a spacious backyard and a lot of little amenities that we did not expect but thoroughly appreciated. I highly recommend this property. Enjoy.
