Bright, Spacious Condo w/Pool, Close to Beaches!
This charming condo in the exclusive Porto Vista Community, and is bright and spacious with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. The master bedroom features a very comfortable king size bed you may not want to get out of and the guest bedroom has the same comfy new mattresses on the twin beds.
The spacious living room comes with a couch that pulls out into a queen bed for additional sleeping space. There are two rocker recliners so comfortable, you may not make it to bed. It also has a large 65" Roku smart television where you can relax and stream your favorite shows after a busy day of vacationing. Each bedroom has a flat screen smart Roku TV. Roku provides free local stations and some movies.
A private, screened balcony offers a peaceful space for coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening. A desk area is provided for those who just can't break away from work that long. Amenities included are WiFi, AC, a fitness room, pool and community room for activities.
The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need for cooking great meals. A large table seats six with two additional seats at the breakfast counter. A drip coffee maker and Keurig are provided so you can have your preference of coffee. The kitchen has a dishwasher, stove/oven, microwave, refrigerator, and garbage disposal. The unit also has its own washer and dryer for your convenience.
All Bedding and Bath towels and beach towels are provided and incidentals of shampoo, rinse, bath soap, toothbrushes and toothpaste to get you started the first night, in case you forget your own. NO PETS ALLOWED. Bedding, linens & bath towels are all NEW, including the mattress covers on all the beds!
The Porto Vista Community is a paradise of its own with beautiful landscaping, trees, and is well protected behind security gates. A large pool and sun deck are a great place to relax and make new friends. Don't forget to check out the gym, if you want to start working off those vacation pounds.
Cape Harbour, a waterfront community with retail stores and restaurants is within walking distance. So are more great restaurants like, J & P Asian Fusion, Lobster Lady and of course don't miss the best ice cream at Cape Creamery. Publix and various banks are also within walking distance of the condo. Fall in love with Cape Coral and enjoy the magic it has to offer. NO PETS ALLOWED.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please strip all bedding and put them in a pile in the bedrooms. Bath and kitchen linens, put in a pile in the guest bathroom.
Please load dirty dishes into dishwasher. You do not need to run them.

Originally from South Dakota, my husband and I moved to Florida 16 years ago chasing the sun. We are sailors, so being in a waterfront community is perfect for us. We love Cape Coral and sharing this beautiful place with everyone we know. I think you will love it to. It's hard leaving, once you've been here.
Why they chose this property
The neighborhood is one of the newest in the city and is surrounded by canals with access to the gulf. It is one of the most coveted areas to live in and everyone here is friendly. Everything you need, grocery stores, pharmacies, banks, restaurants are all within 5 minutes from the condo. Come and see what this beautiful place has to offer.
What makes this property unique
Porto Vista is an exclusive, gated, luxury community. The people who live here and those who come down for the season are welcoming and friendly. It is a great place to live. It has a heated pool and a gym for guests to use.
