The location is perfectly located between downtown cape coral , tarpons point and cape harbor. Boat rentals are available locally. We also have relationships with fishing charters and seaplane excursions! This home features 7 beds, making it the perfect getaway for a large group or a smaller group that prefers to not share beds. A covered lanai to enjoy dinner and a movie. The home has sonos throughout for streaming music, 3 60' tvs in the living room, den and outside, 50" tv's in the bedrooms. Come enjoy this gorgeous waterfront home!
