Very quiet neighborhood. Enjoyed putting the car in the garage every night. Beds were very comfortable.

Nice quiet neighborhood close to town. Great communication from the host. Had everything we needed for our stay, the BBQ was especially nice. The garage to store our bikes was perfect.

MOAB SXS TRIP

Excellent location outside of Moab, maybe 8 minutes max. Good trailer parking in condo area and along the street. Super clean and quiet area.

Why they chose this property

We love that place because, while just minutes away from downtown, It's probably the quiestest neighborhood in the valley since it's far enough from the highway. Nature's at our doorstep, and the golf course offers a nice setting.

What makes this property unique

This is a property we personnaly use several weeks every year, unlike many others where owners rarely come and visit their property. Every year, we try to improve the property to keep it as unique as it can be.
