The bathroom comes equipped with a hair dryer and shower for your convenience. This home is located on a quiet street, with public beach access directly in front of street, with a 2-3 minute walk to beach access from house. All stainless steel appliances, hardwood floors, outdoor shower, and access to washer & dryer for laundry! Bring your boat or jet skis - direct access to waterway with brand NEW dock. Front porch & back porch seating available. Beach chairs & beach towels are included. Ping Pong Table provided in the basement of house!!
