O apartamento é tal qual mostrado nas fotos. Próximo à praia. Extremamente limpo e organizado. Proprietária atenciosa e de fácil comunicação. Zelador educado e super prestativo. Organização do prédio excelente. Único senão fica por conta do elevador que é somente um e na alta temporada, devido ao excesso de volume de pessoal, fica lento , com espera grande e não existe um somente para banhistas tendo que subir as escadas até o quarto andar quando voltamos da praia. No mais tudo muito bom. Vale a pena. Voltaria com certeza.

Hospedagem em Praia Grande Ótima

Ubatuba Maravilhosa até mesmo no " inverno" de Julho! O imóvel excelente, tudo organizado, limpo, local tranquilo, silencioso, vista linda da montanha. Quem recebe é o zelador do prédio, muito atencioso. O apartamento é bem próximo a praia, pode-se ir a pé, comércios perto, muitos lugares para passear. Pontos que não estragam, mas precisam melhorar: chuveiros com problema nos registros, piso quebrado no banheiro, sem nada de roupas de cama ou uma toalha nem para emergências. A casa precisa de pequenos cuidados que mostram que o proprietário não está perto (filtro de café ex. não cabe na garrafa térmica, sem pregadores para pendurar um biquini, sem nenhum papel higiênico, detergente, sabão, esponja da pia em mal estado, precisamos comprar). Precisa melhorar, pois se a pessoa chegar tarde? Somente comentários, sugestões de melhoria, mas voltaríamos com certeza. Recomendo.
