Comfortable and spacious house in the best point of Praia Grande in Ubatuba

Exceptionally pleasant location, with easy access to the beach (150m) on foot. The house has a fully equipped kitchen with stove, microwave and small electric oven. Spacious and decorated living room, 1 suite with double bed and bunk bed, 1 bedroom with double bed and bunk bed, 1 bedroom with double bed and bunk bed. Living room and bedrooms with ceiling fan.
Lawn in front, with large balcony, hammocks and cold shower in the garden. Location with beautiful view of the rainforest at the end of the street, with little movement of cars.
This house is usually used for vacation by our family. We are releasing some rental periods.
The place is very nice and safe because the street is all made up of small condos.
There is a hotel down the street where you can have breakfast if you wish.
You don't have to use the vehicle for anything while staying, as there are supermarket, bakery, butcher shop, all very close.
There are also bikes for rent for longer rides, and you can go to central Ubatuba by bike lanes if you wish.
The large beach has great structure, very clear sea with transparent water and waves, several kiosks with delicious portions. The house is right in front of the fire station which provides additional security for sunbathers.
