The pictures show a bright modern space but once inside you can see it is not as new as it appears. Yes, the floors and carpets are newer and the cabinets have been refaced. But the appliances, bathrooms are still dated. That was fine and relatively easy to deal with. The real issue is pests. I was greeted one morning by some very large cockroaches. One in the kitchen at the Fridge and the other scurrying across the linoleum toward my feet in the dining nook, then another in the bathroom while I was getting ready for work. When there are three, there are many, many more. Looking more closely at the property in general, I noticed over a half dozen large rat boxes about every 25 feet along the walkways too. Doing some research I learned that the Marquee Apartments were built in 1966. It is obvious these are old buildings and the whole place is infested. I know I will not be staying here again

Do not recommend

First of all, it was hard getting into property because of the codes, but they did help me to get in second there was a big dead cockroach on the floor in one of the bedrooms third I had an appointment to be somewhere and the security gate was broken and everyone was locked in the property for hours and I missed my appointment and lost money. Had it been my property I would’ve compensated for that. I called to let them know and they told me to catch a Uber, which would have been more money because I had a rental car. I can say this was probably my worst experience in a rental property I’ve had. One more thing we had three people staying in the unit and we only had three big towels for four days and three small hand towels. I had to find housekeeping to get towels after I called and let them know that there wasn’t enough towels.
