Welcome to The Gathering Place, a home where families & friends can relax, enjoy and have fun indoor & outdoors. Relax and watch movies inside, or grill, watch TV & play games on our nice courtyard. Our large backyard is fully fenced & pet friendly. This is the best & quietest neighborhood around. Just minutes from biking/walking trails near MKT Heights & White Oak Bayou. Your family and friends will love it! Many restaurants, shopping places & amenities around. Near Heights, White Oak Bayou (WOMH), Galleria.

The Gathering Place, a home with modern mid-century decor, is located on a prime, family oriented and quiet neighborhood in Houston.

Our back patio has a TV, outdoor furniture, a grill, a picnic table and some games, that will make your family and friends stay fun, enjoyable and memorable. This was a great place to stay! It was deceptively large — it looks small on the outside but is very spacious on the inside. Everything was clean, and the house was stocked with things we’d need (towels, pans, utensils, etc.). It also has a massive backyard. Also, the host was very commutative and helpful with the whole process. The neighborhood was nice — I felt safe the whole time — and it’s in a convenient location. Would stay again!

Great Location

Our family stayed at the gathering place for a weekend of baseball games at Minute Maid Park. The house is in the perfect location to the park. Spacious and great back patio area. There is a lot in the house to keep the little ones entertained.

We had our whole family, including our 15 month old with us. It was set up nicely to accommodate all of us. Loved being able to relax, even with the toddler. Close to Meow Wolf, which was our main event on our trip.

Great location in Houston near I-10

House was clean and spacious. Perfect for a visit with family and pets. It is conveniently located close to grocery, restaurants, shopping and freeways to get around town. The backyard is large and lovely siting areas. hearing and air system worked great.

Thanksgiving in the Heights

The Gathering Place was in a perfect location for a group of us to stay near family during the Thanksgiving holiday. It was pet friendly and had a huge backyard, so even walking the dogs after dark felt very safe. The house was clean and had definitely been remodeled. Thanks for making us feel so welcome!

Houston Family trip

We need up not bringing our dogs and it would have been great for them. There were some problems with the property I was told after we got there, but the problems were not that bad but just an eye soar. Overall, the property was comfortable. The only gripe would be a local cable service instead of online streaming services.
