Beautiful, 'bi-level condominium', located on the 200 block of East Montgomery Avenue. Very spacious, top floor with a beautiful deck. One and a half blocks to a free beach, world famous boardwalk, playground, and restaurants. Over 1400 sq. feet. One and a half blocks to the Convention Center. Beautifully decorated and fully furnished. New floors and furniture.
Features a large open living area with cathedral ceiling, sliding door to outdoor deck area. Large, fully equipped, kitchen, island and dining area. Go down six steps to three spacious bedrooms.
Large master bedroom with queen-size bed and private bath with tub and shower. Second bedroom with a queen size bed, third bedroom has bunkbeds, double on the bottom and single on the top plus a single bed. Main bath also has tub and shower. Washer/dryer in hallway. Also the perfect spot to see the fireworks on Friday evening. Blankets , comforters, and pillows are provided. Ceiling fans in each bedroom. Two televisions with cable hookup. One in living room and one in master bedroom. Please bring your own sheets and towels. Includes parking for two cars and private garage. Bikes are there for the boardwalk riders and beach chairs are there for the beach lovers. Also for baby, if need be, we have a high chair for your use in closet. Everything you could want or need for a wonderful vacation at the Jersey Shore. Amusements for the children on the boardwalk within walking distance. Outside shower. No Pets and No Smoking. Age restriction no one under 25 years old may book.
