With 2 cozy bedrooms - one with a king bed (full bath) and the other with 2 bunk beds (.5 bath), guests can unwind, and relax, in comfort. The property also features a full kitchen and living area with a sofa, and a dinette that seats four. Exterior amenities include a large deck (with canopy) and small lower deck, with wet-bar. Enjoy the resort's large pool, sand beach entry, fishing, marina, playground, putt-putt, tennis and volleyball courts, disk golf, restaurant and much more. My family and I love traveling and visiting new places. We're from Greensboro, NC. We like being active and meeting new people, so when we saw Badin Shores Resort, we knew this was the place! It has a little bit of everything including water, boating, fishing and a "camping" feel but in a resort setting, with all of the extra amenities.

Why they chose this property

My favorite spot is the marina area where I can canoe around the water line. My wife loves the pool during the summer months. At night, we go to the restaurant on site (Cheers) and have dinner and drinks with friends. It's a total community feel, and everyone in the resort is so friendly.

What makes this property unique

Our property is minutes from the water, but also a quick drive to all of the amenities. We have a huge main deck, with plenty of seating, retractable awning, large umbrella, and a gas firepit. The lower sundeck has a wooden swing, sunshade and outdoor wet-bar. Adjacent to this area is a wood-burning fire pit. Numerous exterior lighting sources help add ambiance and safety. The inside is clean, open and inviting, with plenty of comfortable room. There is an interior, and exterior, audio source for enjoying your favorite music, or sporting event, while you relax.
