Fantastic Place; Great location

This is one of the most visitor friendly, clean and comfortable VRBOs I've stayed in. The owner provided great amenities, including snacks, coffee, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner and water. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Durham.

A Lovely Destination

This was a sibling getaway trip and we had a ball! The house was exactly as described online, neat and clean! The rooms were spacious and comfortable! Our Host was very attentive and easy to contact and communicate with! Would highly recommend this property and we’l stay here again next time we’re in Durham!

Exceptionally clean and well-supplied

We so enjoyed our stay at this property! This house is just perfect. It is EXCEPTIONALLY clean and well supplied, having every amenity you could need. And it’s even decorated beautifully. The owner was a pleasure to work with and was always always quick to respond to any questions that arose. We were visiting the area to attend our daughter’s graduation from dental school at UNC and the location worked out perfectly. We travel often and have stayed at many VRBO properties, and I would rate this as one of our favorites — highly recommend!

This property couldn’t have been more perfect (other than bottom of driveway, which is street feature and not owner’s fault - just drive really slowly entering the street due to water runoff gully). The house is better than the pictures and immaculately cleaned and well furnished. The beds, linens, towels are all super comfy. The location is perfect for visiting Durham, Chapel Hill, and Raleigh. Orlando is very responsive to questions. I will definitely stay here again when visiting. Five-star rating is not sufficient for this property, as it exceeded all of our expectations (so I’ll give it a 10).
