Charming 2-bedroom condo at Magic Sands Beach in Kailua Kona

Features 2 king-size beds, top floor unit with a fantastic ocean view. A spacious lanai with high seating to make it easy for alfresco dining and watching spinner dolphins and whales (seasonal). Enjoy sunny skies, balmy trade winds, rustling palm trees and hear the crashing ocean waves. The infamous 'Magic Sands Beach’ across the street is great for body surfing and boogie boarding. Great snorkeling at Kahaluu Beach Park (1/2 mile south) where you can actually watch green sea turtles in the surf.

There is assigned, covered parking for 2 cars and an elevator in the parking area at the center of the building. The complex has a pool, spa, saunas, pool table, BBQs and tennis/pickle ball courts.

The condo is not wheelchair accessible due to a short flight of stairs (10 steps) on the walkway between the elevator and the condo. It' is close to grocery stores, cinema, restaurants, and shopping in the town of Kailua.

It’s a beautiful place on the 3rd floor. It has a great ocean view. The condo is well equipped with cooking utensils, sheets, towels, beach stuff, etc. It’s clean and well taken care of. There’s a nice heated pool and a jacuzzi. Communication with the host was quick and efficient. Also, the parking spot is right by the stairs.

Wonderful Vacation

This unit was perfect for an older couple and our adult children. Unit was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. We had a few questions about the lights and tv and the owner responded immediately. The view from the patio was outstanding. Hope it’s available the next time we visit the area.

Great Location

This worked out great for a week of work/play. WiFi was very reliable throughout a full week of work. Magic Sands Beach is right across the street. The dedicated parking spot was appreciated as free parking opportunities are limited in Kona area. Highly recommend the Manta Ray night snorkel!

Property is wonderful and easy to access. Nicely appointed, we had everything we needed in the kitchen as well as living and sleeping areas. Lanai is perfect for relaxing and viewing sunset. The only issue was the A/C wasn't working when we arrived. The owner responded to messages promptly and although it wasn't a quick fix he kept on it and it did get repaired.

Great location, but you need a car or ?? To get anywhere.

I was quite disappointed at the owner's lack of response to any questions or concerns. (0) I stayed at another property on the island a week earlier for comparable cost. There was a huge difference in owner “care”, etc.

We enjoyed the condo very much. The only issue was we were 4 adults and there were only 3 lawn chairs. We would have preferred actual beach chairs and to have 4. Otherwise everything else was great.
