This exquisite four-bedroom home, in Deer Valley's exclusive Empire Pass, embodies alpine luxury. It offers coveted ski access to one of the world's premier mountain destinations. Nestled amidst the pristine slopes, with the Silver Buck slope and Silver Strike Express lift immediately across the street (one-minute walk), this home is a true sanctuary for the discerning traveler.

The expansive living room, adorned with refined furnishings, and an open floorplan dining area, offers a soaring fireplace and spectacular views of the slopes. The home features a gourmet chef's kitchen, where top-of-the-line appliances await culinary masterpieces. With its breathtaking views, the balcony invites you to savor the crisp mountain air while grilling or soaking in the private hot tub.

On the main floor, you will find the master suite which is a haven of tranquility, featuring a plush king bed and an opulent ensuite bathroom with a deep soaking tub and a separate rain shower.

Downstairs, the family room offers a wonderful gathering area with TV, shuffleboard, and plenty of seating, including three sofas (one of which is a sleeper).

The guest suites continue the theme of elegance. The first guest suite offers a king bed with an ensuite shower. The second guest suite offers two twin beds (which can be made up as king upon request) and an ensuite with a bathtub/shower combination. The bunk room, designed with both style and comfort in mind, includes two sets of bunk beds and a private ensuite with a shower, making it an ideal retreat for younger guests or families.

While garage parking is provided (one car) there is no need for car with complimentary area transportation provided.

Every detail of this home is crafted to provide a luxurious alpine escape, with Deer Valley's Silver Buck slope and Silver Strike Express lift just outside your door.

Great location in Deer Valley

Located incredibly close to the Silver Strike Lift at Deer Valley, maybe 60 second walk. Really made trip enjoyable. Clean and well maintained. Used 4-person hot tub most nights. Property management was excellent; very proactive and easy to access. Kitchen well stocked; we cooked almost every night. Bunk beds are amazing — best we have ever seen — with private TV, curtains, and lights. Mattress in master is soft and probably needs to be replaced and some softer pillows for Master and guest suite would be a suggestion for future. Certainly recommended.
