With 3 bathrooms equipped with amenities like a lake-side view enjoyed from your pool or Jacuzzi, and shower, guests will feel right at home. Large master bedroom on ground floor with walk-in closets and walk-out pool access. The property also features a washing machine and dryer, and a cozy office space and desk with a full bed. Enjoy all of the amenities of Sandoval, with its extensive walking/biking paths, resort style swimming pool, tennis courts, pickleball, gym and many other activities available. A wonderful place to relax and unwind, this gorgeous home is the perfect retreat for your vacation. A great place to call homebase while you're away, we hope you enjoy your stay.

Wonderful stay...exceeded expectations

The house is exactly as described. Clean and welcoming. The beds and bedding are very comfortable and the pool was heated and a pleasure to swim in. Our host/property manager responded quickly and in a friendly manner to any communications and questions we had and was extremely helpful. The gated community is very well kept and has excellent facilities, icluding a gym, resort style pool and even a library. The Surfside shopping plaza is a short walk away, not far from the gate.We have enjoyed an amazing 6 week stay in this beautiful and well located house.
