Our family had a wonderful stay! The outdoor space was excellent, we spent most of our time in the amazing pool enjoying the sunshine! The host was very friendly and helpful and the optional boat rental was an added bonus!

The house was clean and stocked with all the supplies we needed to make it a home away from home. We felt safe and comfortable and enjoyed the sunshine and swimming in the pool! The patio was a great hangout for a family cookout and John was very helpful and quick to answer questions, give us advice about the area, and fix any issues if we had something come up.

The hot tub and pool were excellent and we got a lot of use of them , the rooms were well appointed, the kitchen was well stocked with spices and condiments which makes it nice when you do a lot of cooking which we did . We used the fire table on the dock every night to sit around and have a couple drinks and enjoy conversation before a hot tub and bed. The beds where very comfortable and the washer and dryer facilities were in excellent condition and nice that you don't have to pack as many clothes for a longer vacation. Next time we might rent the pontoon boat

Awesome Amenities!

We had such a great time and really enjoyed the amenities the property had to offer like the pool, hot tub, outdoor dining area and grill/bar. The kitchen was well stocked, as well as the garage with useful stuff for boating/beach. Would definitely stay again! Thank you for having us!

Fantastic home!

We had a wonderful trip and found the home to have everything we wanted and more/ it was a great location and the pool area is beautiful! We also rented the boat and enjoyed exploring. We are excited to have already booked it for our next year’s spring break trip. This is the perfect home for a family of 4 and Cape Coral offers great relaxation for all!

Very clean and everything you need

Perfect location for driving boating you’re just hanging around. Would definitely recommend renting the boat a few days as you can get to restaurants beaches and just cruising through the canals is fun. Owner was very prompt in response when we had any questions about anything.

Beautiful place, loved it!

This place was perfect for our family of 4. Our 2 kids loved the pool of course. John has done a great job with making sure the house is a great get away for a great price! Thank you for allowing us to make this place a great place for our family to make memories. We will definitely look into coming back in the near future!

My husband, my parents and my 4 kids stayed a week at the house. The pool was amazing. The dock was fabulous for fishing. We had a great week soaking up the sun. If youre looking for a family friendly space and a great outdoor setting this house is for you.
