Property also has very nice dock on a Gulf Access Canal for water sports, fishing, or just relaxing on a lounge chair. Enjoy wildlife from the dock such as bird-watching, fish jumping from the water, turtles, and manatee. Perfect location to comfortably take advantage of all the area has to offer, including local shopping and dining in Cape Coral, Fort Myers, Punta Gorda, Port Charlotte, Matlacha, and Pine Island. Close to many famous SW Florida Beaches including Sanibel, Cayo Costa, Captiva, and Fort Myers Beach. 20 minutes from Red Sox spring training field, JetBlue Park in Fort Myers.
