Unfortunately, we had a very disappointing experience with this property. The house had a serious cockroach problem throughout our entire 3-day stay.We found cockroaches in multiple areas of the house, including the kitchen, bathroom, kitchen drawers, and even INSIDE THE REFRIGERATOR. Because of this, we did not feel comfortable storing food in the refrigerator or using the kitchen to cook during our stay.What made the experience even more frustrating was the lack of response from the host. We contacted them during our stay and informed them about the cockroach problem. They asked us to send photos, which we immediately provided. After sending the photos, we received no response or follow-up at all.This was supposed to be a special birthday trip, and having to deal with cockroaches throughout the house significantly affected our stay. A rental property should at minimum be clean, sanitary, and safe to use, especially the kitchen and refrigerator.
