THE JUNGALOW! Not fancy, just FUN! Jungle Family Camp is the best place to spend an adventurous holiday without breaking the budget. A cozy camp-like stay in our small studio bungalow. King size bed for Mom & Dad, plus pull out bed for kids. Cook your own meals in your private kitchen or outside on the BBQ. Sleep soundly all night and wake to the sound of little chirping birds. Spend your day exploring. then come back to friendly faces and comfy spaces at CAMP AKUMAL! A hosted experience!
The space

-Studio Apartment with comfortable king size bed, ceiling fan and air-conditioning with dehumidifying feature
-Sitting area daybed converts to 2 twin beds
-Small, clean and bathroom with on demand hot water pressured stall shower
-Kitchen table with seating for 2 to 4 persons
-Shaded private patio with al fresco dining for 4
-Equipped kitchenette with mini-refrigerator, gas stove, toaster, coffeemaker, purified drinking water, cookware, tableware and flatware
-Free WIFI in all rooms!!!

Other things to note
We are a fenced and gated property, parking inside the gate.
We do have cats! (but they don't come inside your room)
Rooms come with fresh bedding, bath towels and beach towels.
Your room will be cleaned and linen changed once per week.
Discounted monthly rentals do not include toiletries.

Additional rules
CAMP RULES

1. No smoking in rooms (Outside is OK, but not in pool or pool deck)
2. Absolutely no illegal drugs allowed on property
3. No lifeguard on duty, swim at your own risk
4. No unattended children in the pool
5. There is a replacement fee for lost or damaged items
6. Additional guests must be registered; charges may apply
7. The Management is not responsible for valuables left in room
8. Please lock doors & windows when not in the room
9. Have fun!
10. Turn off the air-conditioning, fans and lights when not at home. Do not run air-conditioning with windows or doors open. Please conserve energy when possible, thank you!

PET RULES
One small dog allowed if pre-announced with reservation. Dogs can not be left unattended in room for more than 2 hours. Dogs are not allowed in the pool or on the pool deck. Must be on leash on property!

QUIET HOURS
10:00 PM – 8:00 AM
It is not allowed to congregate in groups in common areas, pool deck or patios & terraces during quiet hours. During these hours we also ask that you keep noise and music to a minimum inside your house. Please be respectful to all guests!

CHECK-OUT
It is not expected for you to clean your room upon your departure. However, we do appreciate it being left tidy!
