This Loft is fully protected by mosquito screens ; so you can enjoy indoors and outdoors at your leisure .

* Bedroom with King bed and Serta 100% Memory Foam mattress, enclosed at-will by modern moving walls;
* Full bathroom with step-in shower and 2 private windows;
* Kitchen is fully equipped with modern Appliances, tableware, cookware and gadgets. Provides a nook bar for 2. Includes 43in Smart TV.
* Laundry room is fully equipped with Washer/Dryer (in English), Water Cooler/Heater, Cleaning supplies, iron, vacuum cleaner, etc.;
* Living room is comfortably set up with luxurious sofa/lounge, arm chair, and a unique Coffee table made of local wood, etc.;
* Balcony opens up through French doors and features a modern Swing Chair, a dining table for 4, a fan/light. The entire balcony is fully enclosed in mosquito screens which can be opened up at-will.

Loved it

Our title sums up our experience. (Loved It). Lica ensured that our stay was enjoyable by being very informative and she was very quick to solve any problems which were almost none. Lica’s place was spotlessly clean and well equipped for 2 people. The King bed was extremely comfortable and the screen in balcony provided a additional bug free living space day and night. We hope we have the opportunity to returning to Lica’s place in the future.

Hello Our hosts Lica and Boris were wonderful! They even lent us their fishing equipment and e-reader! They think of everything to get you started... laundry detergent, dishwashing detergent, toilet paper, paper towels, napkins, salt, pepper, large cold and hot water dispenser. They were responsive the few times we had small issues as the property is very well maintained. The patio is screened which allowed us to leave the patio doors opened to get the breeze and hear the birds, wonderful. I would not hesitate to recommend this property. Thank you, Lica and Boris

A-Maz-Ing !!!!!!

Lica and Boris are terrific hosts, always responded in a timely manner to any questions we had. This property is better in person, and you will not want or need anything else. But if you do need anything Lica is there to help ! Lica also provided MANY suggestions on the best local places to eat and the best beaches to visit, (not in the resort, and very safe). The condo is set up with many of the essentials so you don't have to go to the store right away. My wife and I have stayed in the TAO community before and this condo is top's ! The only problem is after writing this review, the condo won't be a secret any more. We did a lot of looking on line at other places to rent and were very lucky to land this gem for two months and escape winter. Can't wait to go back ! So if you get a shot at renting this PARIDISE go for it, you will not be disappointed !
