Welcome to your perfect getaway located centrally in Vancouver. This spacious and family-friendly Airbnb rental spans across two floors, offering a comfortable and convenient stay for families with children and working professionals alike. As you enter the unit, you'll be greeted by the inviting living room, dining room, and fully stocked kitchen on the main floor, providing an open and welcoming space for relaxation and socializing. We offer coffee, teas, cooking oil, spices and seasoning.
Make your way upstairs, where you'll find three bedrooms beautifully appointed with brand new beds, mattresses and linens. The master bedroom boasts a luxurious king-sized bed and blackout blinds, offering a serene retreat after a day of exploring the city. The second bedroom features a cozy queen-sized bed and blackout blinds, perfect for a restful night's sleep. For the younger members of the family, the third bedroom offers a delightful “house” twin bunk bed with slide, providing a fun and comfortable space for children to rest and recharge. We have also recently added a Queen sofa bed that sleeps two in the living room for groups with 5-6 adults. Additionally, we provide a foldout crib, high chair, baby monitor, baby gate, baby tub, tearless shampoo, toys, books, to ensure the utmost comfort and convenience for your little ones.
Stay connected during your visit with the dedicated work desk, complete with an iMac computer, providing a comfortable and productive space for catching up on emails or working remotely. Log onto the fiber optic wifi and connect all your devices to lightning fast internet. There are 2 smart TV’s with Netflix and Prime.
When you're ready to relax, the private backyard welcomes you with its serene ambiance and delightful amenities. Enjoy leisurely moments on the patio area, perfect for outdoor dining and savouring delicious meals prepared on the gas BBQ. For those who enjoy a little friendly competition, the backyard also features a putting green with putters/golf balls, cornhole, and kids toys, providing entertainment for both kids and adults.
This home is a side by side duplex with private entrances at the front and back of the home, both with keyless entry. There is also a private and fenced backyard for your enjoyment.
There is a basement suite that is currently occupied. This suite has it's own entrance through the backyard and is completely separate. The other side of this duplex is owner occupied by a family. We kindly ask guests to refrain from loud noise or music after 11pm.
We want to ensure your stay is comfortable and enjoyable. In the unlikely event that issues arise, we will be available via phone, text or email to promptly respond.
We were also both born and raised in Vancouver and happy to help with recommendations on places to eat or visit during your stay.

Situated within walking distance to Nanaimo skytrain station and with a bus stop right at your front door, you'll have easy access to all that Vancouver has to offer. Downtown Vancouver and major attractions are just a short drive away, allowing you to make the most of your time in the city.
Simplify Your Stay: We've got you covered with essential toiletries, kitchen and cooking supplies including oil & seasoning. Everything else you might need is just a short walk away – a grocery store (T&T), drug store (Shoppers Drug Mart), liquor store, and banks (RBC, Scotiabank, and TD). If you're traveling with kids, there are parks, playgrounds, and a selection of toys, books, and games right here for their enjoyment.
