This is a wonderful unit at Seaplace that has been attractively decorated with neutral colors and accents of blue and green throughout. This first floor unit has a south exposure and a peak of the Gulf from the screened lanai that has a high top table with four chairs to enjoy your meals or a sunset cocktail. The Master bedroom has a King size bed and sitting area with a desk. The second bedroom has twins beds. The kitchen has been updated with newer cabinets and appliances and has an open plan to living and dining area . Flat screen televisions in both bedrooms and living room, Wi-Fi and stereo with CD player all add to the comforts of the lovely property.

Seaplace is a nice community with two swimming pools, a fitness center and tennis.

All in all, this is a great unit in a great location and the beach is beautiful!
