This 2-bedroom apartment is perfect for your escape to Brevard. Wake up to incredible sunrise views from your comfortable queen bed in the main bedroom; the second bedroom offers a full bed, and twin bed ensuring family or guests will have a comfortable stay. The living room includes a gas fireplace, large TV, and plenty of books and games, plus an attached study for room to spread out. The Wi-Fi is excellent 90%+ of the time.

For those who love to cook, the large kitchen features a gas stove, stainless steel cookware, full size refridgerator, dishwasher, and much more. A gas Weber Grill on the flagstone patio completes the picture.
The property also features a washing machine and dryer, hair dryer, and iron for your convenience. The apartment is professionally cleaned prior to your arrival by local cleaning company Go Green Cleaners to insure that everything is in spic and span for our guests.

This is a private apartment with a private entrance and patio, complete with expansive views. On occasion, the owners may be in the upper portion of the home. They are very quiet and will completely honor your privacy. The most you might see them is working in the gardens, a true labor of love.
