We rented this house for our Mom's surprise 70th birthday party. It's a great location between Boca Grande and Englewood Beach. Publix is a short drive from the property as well. Everything you needed was there and plenty of room for our stay. I definitely would recommend staying here if you're visiting Englewood or nearby areas. Check out was very easy as well.

We really enjoyed our stay! We were in town for my mom’s 90th birthday. The home was really comfortable and clean. My grandkids really enjoyed the pool and the Foosball game. Would definitely rent this property again

Very nice place ….

My family and I throughly enjoyed our stay.The home was clean and welcoming. The outdoor area got so much use! Peaceful and quiet neighborhood. Nothing bad to say.

Traveled with 6 adults, teenager and two babies. There was plenty of room for us all. Location was great and in quiet neighborhood. Everyone enjoyed the pool. We enjoyed our stay at this home. It is as exactly as pictured.

Wonderful Family weekend

Konstantin's home is beautiful, clean, comfortable. We had everything we needed. We enjoyed the wonderful pool. Spent time watching movies and enjoyed the Ping Pong table. Konstantin is a perfect host! Definitely staying again when visiting on the future.

Love Englewood area!

The house was roomy and clean! Pool heater worked great! Nice linen and thick towels. Kitchen was fully equipped. The Loco flat top grill was great. We will probably be purchasing one when we get home.

Port Charlotte Stay

Everything about the house was perfect ! It’s beautiful, new ,clean and open floor plan with plenty of beds to sleep. They thought of every little detail and even included two new bikes! The pool heated up great. If anything i would suggest to the owner, letting whoever is coming to stay that there are only two houses on that street and I would even suggest turning on the lights if the people are coming late because it is very dark.
