The French Suite Almagro will enchant you with its 90 m2 and the espectacular view to the city and its moutains from its 11 th floor. Its great and safe location in the best part of Quito will allow you to discover Quito and surround as well as to work as a Digital Nomad . Enjoy the sun and the warmest of this lovely apartment its view and the fiber optic internet connection . From the open place and fully equipped kitchen you have a wonderful view of the city . The suite is provided with 2 bedrooms each one with a private bath and a double bed, plenty of closets, 2 40" Mural smart TV flat screens , CD's and books library, Persians rugs, desk, expresso coffee machine, Internet with wifi, a very nice balcony where you will enjoy your breakfast or sunny lunch in front of "The Panecillo". Plus, the condo is surrounded by coffees shop, restaurants, a little park just down, spanish schools, handicrafts shops, supermarket etc....You will enjoying my private terrace with fitness equipment and barbecue.

What makes this property unique

No need cars. In the middle of la Mariscal with its , coffees , restaurants, Plaza Foch, markets, museums, nightlife etc.... In a very safe condo. Wonderful view ! I enjoy having my breakfast on the balcony in front of the city. This apart is very sunny and brightly and no need heater .
