No heat! No TV!

We couldn’t get the inside temperature above 65 degrees.The manager came out, played with the thermostat, then left. It never got warm.The TV didn’t work either. The manager thought the cable box was bad. He took it, but never returned.Which is just what my wife and I said as we left . . . “We’ll never return!”

I understand your frustrations and sincerely apologize for the issues you experienced with the home during your stay. As you may recall, I demonstrated the functionality of the heating system using a temperature gun during my visit. Additionally, I replaced the non-functioning cable box with a streaming setup, which I believe your wife was pleased with. Unfortunately, I was unable to obtain a new Spectrum box during your stay, as it had to be shipped to me. I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
