This 6 bedroom luxury villa located in Chocolate Hole is newly renovated and tastefully decorated. Sleeping up to 16 guests , there are 5 king ensuites and bunk room with queen bunk beds, a queen trundle and pull out sleeper sofa. Spacious and the perfect place for a multi couple or large family get together you can be close together while still having privacy. Duel indoor and outdoor showers in every ensuite. Large updated kitchen with Sub Zero Appliances and screened in outdoor dining for 16.

Incredible Stay

It was the perfect place to celebrate our 50th anniversary with our two sons, their spouses and our six grandchildren ranging in age from six to fifteen - we could not have asked for a better place to stay where the grandkids had plenty of space to roam, and our children had special rooms to enjoy, and a fabulous kitchen to prepare meals. The pool had plenty of activity, the X-box in the bunk bed room where two grandson cousins who became good buddies stayed St John is a great place to spend time at with great beaches, and much to do, but the Last Resort will provide wonderful, positive memories for all of us for many years - staying here Will Mt disappoint you.

The Last Resort-A League of Its Own

The Last Resort is in a league of its own. The Last Resort is not just a villa — it’s an experience. This spectacular six-bedroom property is thoughtfully designed down to the smallest detail, with each bedroom named after iconic rock songs, which adds a fun and memorable personality to the stay. Every room is spacious, completely private, and accessed by beautiful covered outdoor walkways. Each bedroom features breathtaking views, private balconies, and both indoor and outdoor showers — truly next-level luxury. The main living and kitchen area is enormous, open, and flooded with expansive views that never get old. The owners truly didn’t miss a trick here — everything you could possibly need is right at your fingertips. The property feels more like a private compound than a villa, complete with a stunning courtyard and lush landscaping that creates a peaceful, secluded atmosphere. There are multiple outdoor living spaces, all offering endless, jaw-dropping views of the water. The two-level pool is a standout feature, with seating both in and out of the water, making it the perfect place to relax all day long. Sunset views from this property are absolutely unforgettable. A special mention must go to the property manager, Megan, who is as kind and attentive as they come. From the moment the trip begins until the day you leave, she is there to help with anything and everything, making the entire experience seamless and stress-free. We have been traveling to St. John several times a year for over 25 years and have stayed in many different villas. The Last Resort is an absolute standout among them all. We usually go into town for dinner every night, but this time we didn’t want to leave — we spent most evenings right at the villa, watching the spectacular sunsets from our own backyard. The wow factor here is off the charts. The Last Resort is truly a special place, and once you stay here, nothing else quite compares.

Gorgeous Property

Beautiful resort property with luxurious amenities. We spent June 28-July 5 at The Last Resort (6 adults and 8 kids, ages 10-16). Property is well maintained and hosts were helpful with suggesting water taxis, jeep rentals and dining. We ordered groceries prior to arrival and the hosts were able to receive them so we had beverages and food ready upon arrival. Bedding was luxurious and the shampoo/conditioner/soap/bath amenities were appreciated. Well stocked spices and kitchenware, along with dishwashing tabs and cleaners. Ample fridge space along with several ice makers. Plenty of dining and lounging space to accommodate large groups. Sonos system throughout home was easy to navigate and appreciated! Substantial pool noodles were great for pool and snorkeling; 10 beach chairs provided and 1 hard cooler; cards and games kept everyone busy. Game room with game console and foosball was fun for the kids. Home was recently renovated with beautiful furnishings and finishes. Only a few in drive to Dolphin Market grocery and 10-15 min to Cruz Bay town. A great location and absolutely spectacular home!
