The Space:

BEDROOMS:

5 Bedrooms, all have top quality, comfortable mattresses, ceiling fans, full-length mirrors, large closets and lot's of room to spread out. All bed linens, pillows and blankets are provided.



SLEEPS 12 IN BEDS:

-Grand Master Bedroom: King-size Bed, En-suite bathroom, 48" High Def TV.

-2nd Master Bedroom: King-size Bed, En-suite bathroom, 40" High Def TV.

-3rd Bedroom: Queen-size Bed, 36" High Def TV.

-4th Bedroom: Queen-size Bed, dresser, full length mirror and ceiling fan.

-5th Bedroom: Full-size Bunk Bed on Bottom and Twin-size bed on top

-A comfortable portable queen bed, with linens, pillows, blankets and sheets, can be provided upon request. This would accommodate one additional person.



LAUNDRY ROOM:

Extra large, Hi-capacity washer and electric dryer on site. A starter amount of laundry soap and dryer sheets are provided for your convenience.



Hi-Speed Wireless Internet Service and Cable TV is Provided. There are four TV's throughout the home with the largest one located in the living room.



The Great Room has a large sectional sofa with several recliners. The 70" big screen HDTV can be seen from the kitchen, living room and dining room.



KITCHEN & DINING AREA:

The KITCHEN is equipped with HIGH-END STAINLESS STEEL APPLIANCES, a SIX-BURNER GAS RANGE AND CONVECTION OVEN, MICROWAVE, KEURIG & K-CUPS, AUTOMATIC COFFEE MAKER, DISHWASHER, LARGE STAINLESS STEEL FRIDGE. The huge kitchen is fully stocked with all pots, pans, cookware, flatware and both large and small appliances. Ample seating for guests in the dining room and breakfast bar area as well as the outdoor patio area.



FOR YOUR OUTDOOR/BACKYARD ENJOYMENT:

The backyard has many great qualities that will make your vacation one to remember! A FIVE-PERSON PRIVATE SPA that looks out onto to the TWO-WAY FIREPLACE. The PRIVATE POOL has a BAJA STEP which is great for kids and adults and 4 RELAXING WATER FEATURES that make the pool area fun and inviting. GATHER AROUND THE OUTDOOR GAS FIRE PIT or CHILL OUT UNDER THE LIT GAZEBO AT NIGHT. An OUTDOOR POOL TABLE, FOOSBALL TABLE AND PING-PONG TABLE provide hours of enjoyment



OUTDOOR FUN & ENTERTAINMENT: In the backyard, you will find a full-size POOL TABLE, FOOSBALL TABLE. PING PONG TABLE and a CORNHOLE SET. FOR COOKING & DINING OUTDOORS there's a large gas grill as well as a food prep area and a large covered dining table. We provide a full tank of propane for the grill and for the fire pit during your stay.





IN ADDITION, This home Features: Parking for multiple vehicles in the private driveway, a two car garage with automatic garage remote, all linens, towels, blankets, pillows, granite counter tops throughout, 2 hair dryers, iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner, large capacity, high-end washer and dryer, four HD TV's, Cable TV, as well as Wireless High-speed internet service.



*PLEASE NOTE:

The posted rates are for lodging only for the number of guests indicated on your inquiry with a maximum number of 12 occupants. No weddings, parties, celebrations or gatherings of any kind are allowed to be held on the premises.

Please note: There is an extra charge for pool heat, and the water features (the rain curtain, water deck jets, etc..) would not be active if you request pool heat because the water features cool the water down and counteract the heater.



Guest Access:

Guests have access to the entire home!

** IMPORTANT INFORMATION**:



1) This Property is for LODGING ONLY for the maximum number of allowable guest. Gatherings or parties of any type (including day-use for local friends and family) are not allowed. Also, NO LOUD NOISE.



2) We are sorry to say that we DO NOT ALLOW ANIMALS of any kind at this Property. Owner has SEVERE ALLERGIES to pet dander and pet hair. Therefore, there is a "No Pet" policy in place for this property. The Law protects property owners as well as future guests, who have extreme medical issues regarding animal allergies, from having to endure an “unreasonable accommodation” for allowing a service animal. Just as some people require a service/assistance animal for medical or mental purposes, people with debilitating medical reactions to animal dander or hair, are protected by the Law.



3)The hot tub use is free of charge, so please feel free to soak and enjoy!

However, we do ask of you to follow the instructions on hot tub use and care that we provide in Welcome Packet. Please treat our hot tub with respect and try to leave it in good condition.

If the failure to follow our instructions results in a hot tub, which is not in usable condition, as for example due to:

- Low water level

- Greenish or otherwise “unusual” water color

- Or similar issues

We will charge a $200 fee in order to cover the additional service expenses needed to restore the hot tub to its functional condition.



4) Check-in time is 4:00PM and check-out time is 11AM.



5) Pool heat is available for an additional fee and would need to be requested at least one week prior to check-in. Cost for pool heat $150/per night or $700/per week
