Great place for family

We came to Phoenix for a wedding and this house was perfect for our family. Furnishings were nice and up-to-date. The beds/bedrooms were comfortable and spacious. We will definitely stay here again if it’s available.

This property was close to just about everything which was important as we were there for a Celebration of Life and family flew in from both Sky Harbor and Gateway/Mesa Airports. Restaurants and activities close by. Eclectic, quiet neighborhood. Comfortable beds. Communication was good with the host.

Great Location and Comfortable

This location served us well for the WM Open, downtown Phoenix, downtown Scottsdale, and several golf courses we played during our time in Arizona. Also, only 20 minutes from the airport. Modern updates to this house. Comfortable beds with soft towels gave our group of 10 plenty of space. Made our trip quite enjoyable.

Graduation Weekend

Jake was very helpful from the get go. The house was better than the pictures. My family really enjoyed our stay and we would definitely do it again in a heart beat! So much space and the pool was amazing! We really appreciate the opportunity to stay at this home and would definitely recommend it to anyone!

Fun place to stay

We enjoyed our stay. The house was pretty clean and beds were very comfortable. Couch was very comfortable. The TV volume only worked 50% of the time, and the master shower could use a deep cleaning. House was very nice though.. Would rec it.

Great spot for some sun and baseball

We had a great time here. Plenty of bedrooms to fit the whole family, pool was freezing but the kids still jumped in on hot days. Great location to visit multiple stadiums for your favorite team. Good communication from the host. It's all we could ask for. Thanks.

Wonderful house convenient to Phoenix

Our family was two adults and 6 teenagers and we all loved the house as one of our favorites we have ever stayed in! The inside is open and beautifully remodeled and was very nice to flow in and out to the patio and pool from the kitchen and living space. The house was very clean and the pool ready to dive right in. Our dog enjoyed walks in the neighnorhood and it was quiet late night so.all slept great. I will stay there again when we.visit family in the area. Highly recommend!

Great Location in Chandler

The location of the property was perfect for us and our stay as we were just 10-15 minutes from everywhere we needed to go while we were there for a youth hockey tournament. It was also just 15 minutes from shopping at the Chandler Mall. We had no issues with the property and everything was in good working order. Just know that there isn’t a door on the master bathroom sink area - it’s just open to the bedroom so if someone needs to get up earlier than their partner say for an early tee time, it creates a bit of a challenge.

Chandler stay

Everything was good. Location worked very well for our needs. We were able to gather in backyard with no irritation from neighbors as we were a bit loud at times. We did adhere to the quiet time hours though.. The property needs some maintenance and a deep clean. Pool needs attention as we were unable to use it as the heater was not working. Beds are comfortable. Would rent again as it is spacious and fit our group of 7 perfectly.
