The main portion of the house is available, as shown on the floor plans and photos which includes 3 luxurious ensuite bedrooms and Sauna for that spa experience.
A games room downstairs with a professional size pool table and 1/2 bath all on 6.6 Acres of park like setting outside to enjoy all sorts of games and fun.

Depending on the season, there are many activities to explore and enjoy on the property from a good hike through the woods, penalty shoot out soccer, pitch n putt, croquet , ski slope.

Enjoy the outdoors with many individually designed gardens and multiple seating areas, outdoor dinning with beautiful plants, flowers and trees. Kindling firepit with a ready supply of firewood while cooking up some steaks on the outdoor grill.

Beautiful spot

Lovely home with fantastic outdoor area, Gerard met us with coffee and muffins to give us a quick tour and run down on the home. Perfect stay for our family wedding

Lovely grounds. Spacious, interesting, interior. Cleanliness of storage space a disappointment.

8 older adults stayed comfortably. But for us, a lot of stairs. House could use more railings. Fun, 3-hole golf course. Very nice dining room for a big group. Attractive grounds. Cleanliness of storage spaces disappointing.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by Gerard (the host) and were given a tour of the whole place! Everything was clean, cozy, and exactly as described—if not better. In fact, the pictures don’t do the house justice. We truly admired all the thoughtful details throughout the space.One of the highlights was the peaceful and spacious outdoor area—and don’t even get me started on the immaculate master bathroom. It was absolutely breathtaking.Gerard was incredibly welcoming, responsive, and helpful, making check-in and communication seamless. As an extra treat, he even surprised us with freshly brewed coffee and homemade blueberry muffins upon arrival—such a thoughtful gesture! We wouldn’t hesitate to return. Highly recommended, and thank you, Gerard, for such a memorable and amazing experience!

This is a very central neighborhood, close to so many things like the Warner theater, Five points Gallery, Restaurants, cafes.
Litchfield with its darling green hosts to the world famous 1/2 marathon held in June each year.
A little further down to Bantam, you’ll taste the finest ice cream ever.

What makes this property unique

This is definitely a Frank Lloyd Wright influence house with its interior garden , completely open concept with a primary suite like none other.

A professional size pool table on the lower level with penalty shoot out soccer outside and a 3 pin golf course, croquet and any other games you care to enjoy in a park like setting.
