This is a renovated house situated on a 14 acre in Litchfield County, CT. This is a 5 bedroom (1 king size bed, 3 queen beds, one bedroom is a dedicated office with a queen size 24 inch air mattress), heated saltwater pool ( closed for the winter), hot tub, 2 outdoor dining area (one on deck, other on pool patio), jacuzzi in primary bathroom, wood burning fireplace.

350 mbps mesh wifi network, strong by the pool and back deck too.

Central AC/Heat.
The Litchfield Hills is a collection of small towns that range in size, in northwestern Connecticut, which is Litchfield County. Among the rolling hills are small lakes, farms, wineries, breweries, distilleries, historic inns, lovely nature reserves and lots of shopping and dining.

Car is recommended. Parking is ample.

Loved this home! The property is beautiful. My kids loved the pool and hot tub and just running around the enormous yard. The kitchen was fully set up with pots and pans, and there is a gas grill; so cooking was a breeze. And the owners were so responsive and easy to work with. Highly recommend!

Everything they described.

The home was exactly as listed. We had a small getaway with our dog and some friends. It was a wonderful home, spacious, and open. We had no problems communicating back and forth with the owner, all communication was prompt. Our dog absolutely loved the abundance of space, and we loved their deck and bbq. Even in the winter the home was amazing, both outside and in.

Best Property Ever and Amazing Property Manager!

1. The property is gorgeous and beautifully maintained! Unbelievable views ! 2. The house is well cared for and everything is thoughtfully provided for, from Space heaters to coffee bean grinders! 3. Kartik is the most reasonable and responsive host that I have ever encountered, easy going, and considerate! We look forward to going back there soon!

Disaster of a host

***BEWARE***We had a very unpleasant experience staying at this property and a horrible experience dealing with the host. It all started when we arrived at the house at the designated check in time and the house was occupied by the host himself who forgot that we were coming that weekend! So the house was not ready for us and we needed to wait for hours after our designated check in time for the house to be cleaned! After we finally got access to the house, we discovered that there was basically a bedroom missing because it is used as a home office and there was no “sofa bed” as advertised, but a deflated air mattress stuffed in the closet. The host also notified us only after our checking in that the hot tub was not working, and it remained out of service for the entire duration of our stay. After some back and forth with the host, who acknowledged these issues and said he would compensate us for the inconvenience, the host has stopped responding altogether and has retaliated by filing a fraudulent damages claim for $5k.

We had an absolutely amazing stay! The property is stunning, everything was so seamless, and we were so comfortable in this charming New England farmhouse. The host was responsive at all times and so welcoming. The light in the house and the views out the windows kept us commenting on the natural beauty around all weekend! There were significant winds during our stay, and the generator popped right on and saved the day! Couldn't recommend this property enough!
