This condo features a spacious primary suite with a king bed, ensuite bathroom, smart TV, and private balcony access, plus a second bedroom with two queen beds and a smart TV. A hallway bathroom with shower serves guests. The living room offers plush seating, an oversized chair, smart TV, and a queen sleeper sofa for additional sleeping space. The luxury kitchen is fully updated with modern appliances, surfaces, and a wine bar, plus an in-unit washer and dryer. Beautiful spacious rental property with an incredible view of the sunset each evening. The balcony was more spacious than expected. The unit was well equipped with everything things we needed. One of the cleanest beach condos we have ever rented. Highly recommended location, we will be back!Thanks

The condo was beautiful and clean. The balcony views are amazing. There is some beach chairs and floats to use which was nice. We definitely will make this a yearly stay. We loved everything about it. The owners communicated and made things extremely easy and efficient. You will not be disappointed!

We stay for a week during spring break and absolutely loved it. Great location on the beach and a short drive to Busch Gardens. Would definitely stay there again.

This is a newly remodeled condo with a great location and great layout. I have stayed in numerous rentals in the area. There are a couple of simple items that need to be addressed to make this a repeat rental. The master mattress did not have a mattress cover. It was just the sheet directly on top of the mattress. Upon arrival, the refrigerator was still dirty. It looked like something had spilled in the back, and it had not been cleaned out. There was some loose hair in the freezer. The kitchen floor also still had some hair on it. I reached out to the rental company and they did offer to send somebody out to clean but I didn’t want to be bothered during our stay. The kitchen has been nicely remodeled, but it needs a few items. For example, there were no potholders, no storage containers, no chip clips, etc. about 100 of items would make the place feel finished. There were also zero blankets in the condo. Each bed just had the sheets and a coverlet, but no blankets at all. The unit is very easily accessible from the parking lot and to the beach. Overall, there were many positives about this unit, but the lack of the mattress pad would keep me from renting again.

Had a fantastic stay at this very well managed, clean, beautiful condo! All items needed were there! Even beach gear! Close to restaurants and shopping! Great sunsets too! I will definitely schedule another vaca in this condo!

Great place

The condo is beautiful and has a great view. It had everything needed for a great stay. The check-in process was easy. The owner was available for questions if needed. It was nice having a full kitchen so we could eat on site. I would recommend this condo to everyone.

Amazing holiday stay

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this beachfront rental in Indian Shores! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The condo was beautiful, clean, and perfectly set up for a family vacation. Waking up to the sound of the waves and spending our days just steps from the beach was truly unforgettable. Our family loved how comfortable and relaxing the space was and it felt like a home away from home. The location was perfect, with stunning views and easy access to everything we needed. We made so many wonderful memories together, and it was the perfect place to unwind, reconnect, and enjoy quality family time. We were able to drive to nearby cities to visit as well. This was hands down one of the best vacations we’ve ever had, and we can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for an incredible beach getaway in Indian Shores!

Perfect in every way

This property was perfect! Clean. Close to restaurants and grocery stores. Easy walk downstairs to the pool or beach. The condo has everything you need for a relaxing day at the beach. The condo was quiet at night. We left rejuvenated and relaxed. We will be back.
