Perfect Home, Location, and Communication

One of the best if not, the very best VBRO rentals my family have experienced. Home is beautiful with absolutely everything you need is included. Communication with Dena was fantastic. Quick replies on questions or requests, like asking for beach chairs and them being at the home upon our arrival. Location is great for easy access to downtown Wilmington or Wrightsville Beach. Highly recommend and definitely will rent again when coming back to Wilmington area.

A Wonderful Christmas Gathering

We thoroughly enjoyed our Christmas gathering with our family. Staying at the house gave us a chance to spend time together with the grandkids and to share Christmas Eve and Day together! We were able to prepare our Christmas meal in the kitchen with no problems and store what leftovers we had in the fridge easily. Thank you for sharing your house with us!

We are a couple who LOVES Wilmington and restoring/renovating historic homes. This is one of the many reasons we fell in love with Wilmington many, many moons ago. We moved from the Durham/Raleigh area and are working hard to finish our "forever home" in Downtown Wilmington.

Outside of renovation and hospitality, we are foodies, love the beach, entertaining with friends and family, creating cocktails and taking our rescue doggie MaciGrey any and everywhere with us! This is why we NEVER charge pet fees or pet deposits for our rentals.

Why they chose this property

This neighborhood is idyllic! It is full of thoughtfully restored historic homes, tons of sidewalks to walk the doggies or push the stroller and front porches where neighbors sip cocktails in the afternoons or coffee in the mornings all while waving to everyone that passes by.

What makes this property unique

The fact that you are less than 5 minutes to "Downtown Proper," equidistant to both Wrightsville and Carolina Beaches (approximately 12-20 minutes depending on time of year and traffic) and you have everything in this home you could possibly need!

Most import: We LOVE furr babies and cannot imagine not traveling with ours. That is why you will NEVER pay a Pet Fee or Pet Deposit if you stay in a Carolina Vacays managed home!!!
