The location is perfect! The house was on a busy street with airport traffic overhead, but you don’t hear it in the house - amazing, right?!The house was neat and tidy, and had everything you need. The furniture was cozy and we loved the large dining table!
Wonderful location in historic district. Walking distance to downtown shopping and restaurants. Showers are a bit tight and need updating, but otherwise great!
We could walk everywhere and the house was perfect for our family. Front porch was a bonus. Highly recommend if you want to be close to everything downtown.

Comfortable stay within walking distance of downtown
Located in an older neighborhood about six blocks from downtown Wilmington, this house was a very comfortable and convenient place to stay for a long weekend.
Girl trip was perfect at this home! Short walk to all the great restaurants, shopping and bars. We had a great time and definitely talked about booking again in the future!
Very nice property. Pleasantly surprised - the photos don’t do the property justice. Very walkable neighborhood, easy to get to Downtown and Riverwalk. Very kind and responsive host. Would definitely consider returning. Highly recommended.
The perfect set up to walk to and enjoy all downtown has to offer while also being close enough to uncw and the beach. I don’t know what it was about the master bed, but the best nights’ sleep as well as mid afternoon naps…. Very quiet and peaceful. Kitchen sufficient to prepare meals at home (encourage vacationers to pick up a shrimp /crab boil that is already prepared and just heat in pot provided at home…. Very fun and easy). A very nice one week stay with hrloful, non obtrusive hosts:)

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Off-street parking was a huge bonus. The home is equipped with everything a family could need, as well is very clean and tastefully decorated. Definitely will stay here again!

Couldn’t ask for much more in a house for our family. Walking distance to a lot of restaurants/breweries and the river walk. Also, A/c kept us nice and cool during the extreme heat. Would definitely stay again.
Perfect place for a small family gathering. Had different people come during the month. Walking distance to river walk and downtown. Close to a load of other things to do also. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook for the month. Fireplace was nice to have for the unusually cold weather we had.
Lovely property. Super clean. Super easy check in and check out process. Love the sheets, towels, even beach towels, we had a wonderful stay!
Nice high ceilings and wide open layout for family to sit and chat in the evening.
