We stayed 10 days and had a fabulous time! The pool was definitely a plus, especially after the beach. The house was clean and I would go back there again!

First of all the area was very nice all around. The Holmes beach area was more so houses only other than the Publix down the street so traffic and people on the beach was decently limited. Close enough to go the point in Anna Maria or south to Bradenton for great food and activities.For the house, I want to start off and say the heated pool was great. During the day it felt cool but at night it was warm enough when the temps dropped to still enjoy it. Pool light was timed incorrectly because of the sunset time changing, but was on a switch by the garage so no big deal. Landscaping/ tree vegetation by the pool was absolutely gorgeous. Great work there guys.Only issues we had was a previous electrical issue caused the lights and plug in by the pool to not work, but maintenance was there next day to fix it. Elevator also didn’t work the first couple hours, unsure as to why, but then started working and did so the whole trip.Beds were comfy, plenty of pillows and blankets. Couches we were surprised with (normal beach furniture is meh tbh) these were leather and great nappers. House was decently renovated like the pictures so didn’t feel like the 90’sSeveral floats and other toys to use(I accidentally left our kites, enjoy them LOL) Amenities like detergent, shampoo, toilet paper, etc were left a starter amount for the first night.Host only available during business hours but was quick to respond if so. Came down for the Cleetus FL2K Event. Hope to be back next year!

The home was modern, clean, well stocked and had everything we needed. The location was amazing and just a short walk to the beach. The pool was a great place at to cool off, especially after a hot day on the beach. We had a great family vacation and would definitely return in the future. Communication from the host before, during and after our stay was outstanding. This was one of the best vacation rentals we have ever stayed in.

We loved our stay here! The house was perfectly clean. The beds were comfortable. Plenty of extra blankets. The kitchen was stocked with things we needed to cook with. The pool was warm and clean. The location cannot be beat. Walking distance to the grocery store, restaurants, bars, ice cream.Also, it is four houses to the beach! And the beach is perfect! Love renting from sato real estate! They answer any and all questions so promptly! Plus, they left a little goodie bag with some starting items for renting. Thanks so much!
