Waikoloa Village

Great property, well maintained and newly renovated. Close to everything on the north side of the island and easy access to hiking and beaches. We loved our stay.

Poor experience.

Photo lie: the pool is not next to the property. Smell of pinesol: awful. Host asked me to go to Maui to show my ID or send via unencrypted email AFTER reservation was made. Gave incorrect gate #code.Did not stay @ site.

Great Location

Overall a good experience. Smaller than it appears. Not enough seating for 4 adults. Not enough pillows/blankets. I reached out for a broom/dustpan which is essential for the sand but to no avail. The vacuum cleaner didn’t work and when I reached out about a broken ceiling fan I was told they were working on it. The ad stated air conditioning in the unit but it was a floor unit in one bedroom which meant you had to leave the door open at all times for the comfort of everyone else. Our unit was the only one I could see that didn’t have a screen door. There was no way to lock it from the inside so this was a huge safety issue with a toddler.
